HTC2502 is an analog clock controller IC.

This centralized clock driver is designed to replace clock driver chips in wall mount clocks. Its versatile design allows it to be used in a wide range of clock applications ranging from simple wall mount clocks to centralized clock controllers for distributed clock systems.

With the addition of an external driver this centralized clock driver can even control tower clocks which have inherent delay in their mechanisms.
